One thing have I asked of the Lord, that will I seek after: that I may dwell in the house of the Lord all the days of my life, to gaze upon the beauty of the Lord and to inquire in his temple. - Psalm 27:4
Through audio, video, lighting, broadcast and stage management, we create and facilitate spaces where people can encounter God in a creative, distraction-free environment. We are people who are willing to learn new things, pivot and step into whatever the needs may be of what is happening behind the scenes, from planning to execution. Our heart is for people’s experience at Fount, whether online or in person, to be without distraction. We facilitate spaces for people to meet and encounter the Lord by bringing together atmosphere, worship, prayer, the message and people. We connect the dots, are problem solvers, and ultimately our focus is on Jesus.

Everything we do points to Him. Every sound, light, lyric, and image exists to reveal Jesus clearly and beautifully.
The Production Team helps people see and hear Jesus without distraction. Every mix, camera angle, and lighting moment can draw hearts toward His presence.
We don’t just run production; we reveal the message.
Because of Jesus, people can live free from shame, fear, and limitations. Freedom is not just a feeling; it’s the spiritual atmosphere of the church.
Production creates the environment where freedom is experienced.
We create a space where freedom feels tangible — where the room feels like peace.
People are not projects, they’re the purpose. Every ministry exists to love, serve, and develop people into disciples.
We build people first — not just systems or services.
Every person we equip and encourage is part of God’s mission.
Love is the reason behind it all. It’s not about performance, but presence. Everything we do must be done in love.
Love is what turns excellence into ministry.
Excellence without love is noise. Love turns production into worship.

Building the people is about formation before function. Before anyone runs cables, mixes sound, or operates a camera, they’re a son or daughter of God. The goal is not just skill development—it’s spiritual and personal growth.
From whom the whole body, joined and held together by every joint with which it is equipped, when each part is working properly, makes the body grow so that it builds itself up in love. - Ephesians 4:16

Production team are leaders in setting the culture. We empower team members in their roles, training up people to train others up. Building the team means shaping unity, trust, and rhythm. It’s where culture takes root.
*For we are God’s fellow workers. You are God’s field, God’s building. According to the grace of God given to me, like a skilled master builder I laid a foundation, and someone else is building upon it. Let each one take care how he builds upon it.

Our call is to build God’s house, using our skills to create a space where others can grow closer to our Savior and experience the freedom we know and live in. When we build people and teams well, the church is strengthened—not just structurally, but spiritually.
“His master replied, ‘Well done, good and faithful servant! You have been faithful with a few things; I will put you in charge of many things. Come and share your master’s happiness!’ - Matthew 25:21
“This service that you perform is not only supplying the needs of God's people but is also overflowing in many expressions of thanks to God.” - 2 Corinthians 9:12
